Video Designer: Yale Glee Club

Had the chance to film, edit, and design a virtual choral performance of Derrick Spiva Jr.'s "A Vision Unfolding" for the Yale Glee Club (Jeffrey Douma, director), alongside co-designer John Horzen and visual artist Mikayla Johnson.

The visual patterns are inspired by the cultures and traditions that Spiva references in his composition of the piece. Soloists were filmed individually, lipsyncing, for Covid-19 precautions. I was impressed with the Glee Club's ambition in recording this rhythmic piece remotely!
