Pen e Tormenti: an immersion into the world of Carissimi

Original multimedia production I created using the music of Giacomo Carissimi (three duets for soprano transcribed from visiting the Cherubini Conservatory, Florence, Italy  as well as the chorus 'Plorate, filii Isarel' from Jepthe), Italian 17th century poetry, and visual projections of architecture.

Performing with Dartmouth College's ensemble in a program that includes Leonard Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms, the world premiere of Dominic DiOrio’s I Tell the Story, and works by Arvo Pärt.

I'll be the alto soloist in the Chichester Psalms quartet.

"Journeying la Divina Commedia: Desert, Discovery, and Song. An international Dante Project"
