Opera Hack Conference, San Diego

I was accepted to be part of the inaugural Opera Hack event, sponsored by Opera America and hosted by San Diego Opera and Microsoft.

The weekend event brought together ~50 engineers, designers, performers, and directors to discuss and propose novel approaches to production and performance in opera. The participants included innovators such as Miller Puckette (creator of Max and Pure Data) and designers such as Elaine McCarthy (Wicked) and GLMMR collective (Soldier Songs).
